Leka Anitema was born and raised in Lahaina, Maui. She went on to graduate with a BA in TESOL Education, and has since earned licenses in Secondary Ed Teacher Leadership and Counseling. She currently serves as College & Career Counselor for Maui’s largest high school while prioritizing spending time with ‘ohana, building relationships, and serving her community.
