Biography Overview

Clothy Manuguid loves helping others.  She completed her nurse aide training program at CNA Hawai’i Institute and has 10 years’ experience in the banking industry. Clothy resides in Lahaina, and is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano.  She is committed to community recovery and ensuring Maui fire victims’ stories are heard and brought to justice.
