Brennan Moss has extensive experience in commercial matters spanning nearly 20 years. Brennan’s expertise includes corporate law, real estate, litigation, and white-collar defense, with a primary focus on complex commercial litigation, real property, securities, and regulatory issues. He has substantial experience representing clients in enforcement matters before numerous federal and state agencies.
Prior to joining Parkinson Benson Potter, Brennan served as the managing attorney of an international firm’s Salt Lake City office. His clients include Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 companies, as well as local businesses, contractors, and individuals. Brennan advises clients at both state and federal levels across the country, with substantial experience in the Intermountain West, California, Washington, Alaska, Minnesota, New York, Washington, D.C., South Carolina, and Florida.
Known for his strong advocacy in the courtroom, Brennan combines a meticulous and pragmatic approach to case resolution. He has secured numerous jury verdicts and favorable appellate rulings nationwide. Alongside his trial success, Brennan has negotiated favorable settlements with the FDA, FTC, SEC, DOJ, and similar state agencies across the country.
Brennan holds a law degree from George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah.
